01Operator and service description
Fathers Rise is offered by Cairo Rha, trading as Self Craft (ABN 13 515 520 166). It is a coaching and education program for fathers navigating separation, divorce, co-parenting and major family change.
02Coaching and educational scope
Fathers Rise provides coaching and education. It does not replace psychotherapy, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice or specialist family-safety services. The eight weeks describe the program length, not a guarantee that complex family circumstances will be resolved within that time.
03Participation and suitability
Suitability is considered individually. Participation is not guaranteed, and the program may not be appropriate for every situation — including where direct co-parenting collaboration is not safe or possible. The work respects protective arrangements and individual circumstances.
04Respectful conduct and group privacy
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, to protect the dignity of their children, and to respect the group's boundaries. Confidentiality within the group is respected; this is not a guarantee of absolute secrecy or round-the-clock support.
05Intellectual property
Program materials — including the Fathers Rising Map and associated frameworks — are provided for participants' personal use. Further detail on permitted use will be specified in the final terms.
06Booking, payments and cancellation terms
Final program format and purchase terms are being confirmed. Booking, payment and cancellation terms will be set out here before the terms are published. No checkout or calendar booking functions are active on this website at present.
07Refunds and applicable consumer rights
Refund practices are to be confirmed. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected by anything in this draft. A final refund policy will be described here before publication.
08Service changes and complaints
The program may be updated or adjusted over time. Complaints may be directed to connect@fathersrise.com; a formal complaints process will be described in the final terms.
