Meet Cairo Rha.
Counselor, educator, author, mediator, and coach. The creator of Fathers Rise.
Cairo Rha holds a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Graduate Diploma of Education, accreditation as a mediator, and coaching accreditations. For over two decades, he has worked in counseling, education, mediation, and coaching, with extensive experience supporting fathers and families through periods of change.
His background in education spans early childhood through adulthood, and his clinical training informs an evidence-informed approach to the work. He is the author of The Arc of Your Lips: Communication, Inside Out, with a forthcoming book, Fathers Rise: Thriving After Separation. He helps people understand what drives their reactions and change how they speak, decide, and behave.
Fathers Rise also grows from Cairo's experience as a father navigating separation and ongoing co-parenting. He brings professional depth and lived understanding, and the honesty of someone still doing the work himself.
His central question is the same one the program asks: How do we stay present, act with integrity, and keep growing when family life changes?
Fathers Rise provides coaching and education. It is not psychotherapy, crisis support, or legal advice.
